We want the first appointment to feel unhurried. Here is exactly what happens, what to bring, and how payment works.
What to expect
Your first appointment includes a comprehensive examination, digital X-rays, and a conversation about your dental history, your concerns and what you'd like to change. A cleaning is routinely completed at the same visit; if your gum health calls for a different approach, we'll explain why before anything is scheduled.
You'll leave knowing what we found, what we recommend, what it costs, and what can reasonably wait.
What to bring
- Photo ID
- Your dental insurance card, if you have coverage
- A list of current medications and medical conditions
- Your completed welcome and medical history forms
- Any recent X-rays from a previous dentist, if available
Insurance and payment
We accept most dental insurance plans and will submit claims on your behalf. Payment for your portion is due on the day of treatment, and we accept major payment methods. If you don't have dental insurance, ask about our in-house discount plan.
