Our in-house discount plan is a simple annual membership for patients without dental coverage — preventive care included, reduced fees on other treatment, and nothing to file.

All family members must live in the same household. Membership lasts one calendar year.
Included preventive care
- New-patient comprehensive exam
- Periodic exams (two per year)
- Limited emergency exam (one per year)
- Full-mouth X-rays (one per five years)
- Bitewing X-rays (one per year)
- Adult cleanings (two per year)
- Child cleanings (two per year)
- Periodontal maintenance (two per year, in addition to scaling)
Discounts on other treatment
- 15% off Implants
- 20% off Everything else — fluoride, fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, dentures & partials
- Reduced rates on cosmetic dentistry
How the plan works
- Annual membership paid directly to the practice
- Preventive care listed above is included at no extra charge
- Reduced fees apply to other treatment completed at our office
- No insurance claims, deductible, pre-authorization or waiting period
- Additional family members join at a reduced rate
