Dr. Daniel Mohammed

I am a compassionate and dedicated dentist who believes that excellent dental care begins with making patients feel comfortable, heard, and cared for. I earned my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry and hold a Bachelor of Arts in Nutritional Biochemistry and Metabolism, with a minor in Business Management, from Case Western Reserve University.

I have received extensive clinical training in restorative dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and pediatric dentistry. I enjoy helping patients feel comfortable throughout their dental experience, whether they are coming in for a routine filling, a crown, root canal therapy, an implant restoration, or more comprehensive treatment. I take the time to understand each patient's concerns and goals and explain treatment options clearly so they can feel confident about their care. My experience with digital scanning and other modern technologies allows me to provide precise, efficient, and comfortable treatment.

One of the most rewarding aspects of dentistry for me is building lasting relationships with my patients. I understand that visiting the dentist can sometimes feel stressful, and I make it a priority to create a relaxed and welcoming environment. I want every patient to feel that they have a dentist who genuinely listens to them, answers their questions, and has their best interests in mind.

Beyond the clinic, I am passionate about improving access to dental care. Through my work with NYU's Center for Oral Health Policy and Management, I advocated for expanded dental coverage at the state and federal levels and contributed to initiatives focused on increasing access to care for underserved populations, including veterans.

I am also committed to mentorship and leadership. I served as a Clinical Affairs Representative, working closely with faculty to enhance clinical operations, and as an Admissions Ambassador, where I guided and supported future dental students. These experiences have strengthened my belief in the importance of education, collaboration, and continually growing as a dental professional.

I am fluent in Urdu and proficient in Spanish, and I enjoy connecting with patients from diverse backgrounds. Being able to communicate with patients in a way that makes them feel understood and comfortable is something I truly value.
